Warriors struggling to cover vs. East
BROOKLYN, NY (The Spread) – The Warriors visit the Nets tonight at 7:30PM ET and have struggled to cover the spread versus Eastern Conference opponents.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Warriors are 6-point road favorites versus the Nets after opening as 7-point favorites. The total, meanwhile, is currently sitting at 210 after opening at that same number.
The Warriors are just 2-8-1 at the betting window in their last 11 games versus Eastern Conference opponents. They’re also 1-4 against the spread in their last five games versus Atlantic Division foes and are 1-6 against the number in their last seven games coming off a win.
The Nets, meanwhile, are 5-1 against the spread in their last six games overall and 6-1 ATS in their last seven games versus Western Conference foes. They’re also 27-10 against the spread in their last 37 games versus Pacific opponents and 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games versus a team with a winning record.
