Line moves in Rockets-Cavs matchup
HOUSTON, TX (The Spread) – The Rockets host the Cavs at 3:30PM ET and the line has jumped the fence.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Rockets have gone from 1.5-point home favorites but are now 2-point underdogs versus the Bulls in today’s matchup. The total, meanwhile, is currently sitting at 206 after opening at 204.
The Cavs are 1-10 against the spread in their last 11 games in Houston and 1-4 against the number in their last five games overall versus the Bulls. The favorite is also 5-1 against the spread in the last six meetings between these two teams while the home team is 14-3 ATS in the last 17 meetings.
The Rockets are 9-2 at the betting window in the last 11 games following an ATS loss and are 11-3 against the spread in their last 14 home games. They’re also 5-0 against the number in their last five home games versus a team with a winning road record.
