LAS VEGAS, NV (The Spread) – A look at the updated Academy Awards odds reveals that Julianne Moore is a massive favorite to win the Oscar for Best Actress.

According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, Moore is a 1/50 favorite to win the Oscar for Best Actress from her role in “Still Alice.” The actress with the next-best odds to win in this category is Reese Witherspoon for “Wild,” but she’s only 12/1.

Rosamund Pike, meanwhile, is a 25/1 long shot to win the Oscar for Best Actress at this year’s Academy Awards for her role in “Gone Girl.” Felicity Jones is also 40/1 to win from “The Theory of Everything” and Marion Cotillard is 50/1 to win for “Two Days One Night.”

This is Moore’s fifth Academy Award nomination. She was also nominated in 1998 for Best Actress in a Supporting Role from “Boogie Nights” and was nominated for Best Actress in a Leading Role for “The End of the Affair” in 2000. Her other nominations came in 2003 when she was up for Best Actress in a Supporting Role for “The Hours” and Best Actress in a Leading Role for “Far from Heaven.”
