Virginia, PITT both struggling ATS
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (The Spread) – Two teams struggling to cover at the betting window will square off tonight when Virginia hosts Pittsburgh.

According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Cavaliers are 12.5-point home favorites over the Panthers after opening as 13.5-point favorites. Tip off of tonight’s game is set for 7:00PM ET.
Neither of these two teams have had success covering the spread recently. Pittsburgh is 1-9-1 against the number in its last 11 road games and 0-6-1 ATS in its last seven games following an ATS win. The Panthers are also just 6-15-1 at the betting window in their last 22 games overall.
On the other side, the Cavaliers are 1-5 against the spread in their last six conference games and 1-5 ATS in their last six games overall. They’re also just 2-5 against the number in their last seven home games and 0-5 ATS in their last five games following a win.
