CFB Las Vegas Bowl Odds

(TheSpread) – The 2014-15 College Football Bowl Schedule now has full odds available. Get a look at what the betting capital thinks of this year’s games.

The focus of the bowl season will be on the first national semifinal games. The first is the Rose Bowl when Oregon will face the defending champ, Florida State on Jan. 1 at 5PM ET. According to oddsmakers at the MGM Mirage in Las Vegas, Oregon is the clear favorite to win, as the Ducks are getting odds of -9 points against the Seminoles. The over/under total for the game has been set at 71 points. Florida State is 13-0 overall and 3-10 against the spread while Oregon is 12-1 overall and 9-4 against the spread. The Ducks have hit the over and under 6 times while FSU has hit the under 8 times. These two have no recent meetings.

The other semifinal is the Sugar Bowl, which features Ohio State taking on Alabama at 8:30PM ET. Oddsmakers at the MGM Mirage have Alabama as the clear favorite, as the Tide are getting odds of -9.5 points against the Buckeyes. The over/under total for the game has been set at 57.5 points. Ohio State is 12-1 on the season and 8-5 against the spread while Alabama is 12-1 overall and 5-8 against the spread. The Buckeyes have hit the over 11 times while the Tide have split the over/under 6-6. These two last met in 1995 with Alabama getting a 24-17 victory.
