Saints vs. Browns Free Pick
CLEVELAND, OH (The Spread) – The Saints will look to avoid falling to 0-2 on the year when they visit the Browns today at 1:00PM ET.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Saints are 6-point road favorites over the Browns while the over/under total is currently sitting at 48.5 points. The side for this game hasn’t moved as New Orleans opened as a 6-point favorite, while the total opened at 47.5 before being bumped up.
The Saints fell to the Falcons 37-34 in an overtime barnburner that saw several lead changes throughout the game and fourth quarter. Drew Brees completed 29-of-42 passes for 333 yards with one touchdown and one interception, while Marques Colston led the team in receiving with five catches for 110 yards. Unfortunately for Colston and New Orleans, he fumbled in overtime and that led to Matt Bryant’s game-winning field goal from 52 yards out.
As for the Browns, they gave Pittsburgh all it could handle last Sunday on the road but eventually succumbed to a 30-27 loss against their division rival. Quarterback Brian Hoyer completed 19-of-31 passes for 230 yards with one touchdown in the win, while rookie Terrence West rushed 16 times for 100 yards after Ben Tate fell victim to injury.

Rob Ryan has already vowed to fix the defensive issues that plagued the team in its Week 1 loss to the Falcons and we believe that he will.
