(TheSpread) – The 2014 NBA Playoffs continue on Friday with a trio of elimination games. Here is a breakdown of the three games taking place.
The featured game of the night has the Portland Trail Blazers hosting the Houston Rockets at 10:30PM ET with Portland leading the series 3-2. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Blazers are the slight favorite at home, as they have odds of -3.5 points against the Rockets. The over/under total for the game has been set at 213.5 points. The Rockets won Game 5 at home, 108-98, to extend the series. Houston has actually covered the spread in three straight against Portland and the two have hit the over in four of the five games in the series.
Another Game 6 today has the Dallas Mavericks hosting the San Antonio Spurs at 8PM ET with San Antonio up 3-2 in the series. Oddsmakers have the Spurs as the slight favorite on the road, as they have odds of -3 points against the Mavericks. The over/under total for the game has been set at 198.5 points. San Antonio has won the last two games in the series, but the Mavericks have covered the spread in all five games of the series.
The final game today has the Brooklyn Nets hosting the Toronto Raptors at 7PM ET with Toronto up 3-2 in the series. Oddsmakers have the Nets favored at home, as they have odds of -5 points against the Raptors. The over/under total for the game has been set at 191 points. Toronto has won the last two games in the series, but both teams are 2-2-1 against the spread in this series.
