ALAMEDA, Calif. (AP) – The only move the Oakland Raiders made was back to their old ways.
Two days after coach Dennis Allen said the time had come for Oakland to make a move during a soft stretch of their schedule, the Raiders responded with their most lopsided loss of the season.
The defense was completely overmatched by Philadelphia’s spread offense, allowing Nick Foles to tie an NFL record with seven TD passes on the first nine drives of a 49-20 loss.
The offense moved the ball effectively but struggled to score.
