The featured game of Week 2 has No. 5 Georgia hosting No. 6 South Carolina at 4:30PM ET on Saturday (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers at the MGM Mirage in Las Vegas, Georgia is the favorite at home, as the Bulldogs have a point spread of -3 against the Gamecocks. The over/under total for this game has been set at 60 points. Georgia opened the season with a 38-35 loss on the road against Clemson while South Carolina opened up with a win at home against North Carolina, 27-10. South Carolina comes into this game having won three straight over Georgia and covering the spread in four straight against the Bulldogs.
The other featured game of Week 2 has No. 17 Michigan hosting No. 14 Notre Dame at 8PM ET (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers, Michigan is the slight favorite at home, as the Wolverines have odds of -4 points against the Fighting Irish. The over/under total for the game has been set at 50 points. Michigan started the season with a 59-9 win over Central Michigan, while Notre Dame started the season with a 28-6 win at home over Temple. The home team has won and covered the spread in five of the last six meetings between these two teams.
