Game 4 of the NBA Finals features the San Antonio Spurs hosting the Miami Heat at 9PM ET, with San Antonio leading the series, 2-1. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, San Antonio is the favorite in Game 4 at home, as the Spurs have odds of -1.5 points against the Heat. The over/under total for the game has been set at 187 points. When it comes to team scoring, the Spurs have over/under odds of 94.5 points, while the Heat have over/under odds of 93 points for Game 4
Game 3 saw the Spurs roll past the Heat, 113-77, behind an impressive shooting performance that saw the Spurs go 43 of 88 from the field and 16 of 32 from 3-point land. It was the third time in these playoffs that the Spurs have scored at least 113 points and San Antonio is now averaging 104.1 points at home in the postseason. San Antonio hasn’t followed up a 100-point performance with another 100-point performance since the opening round against the Los Angeles Lakers.
Miami was held to just 33 points in the second half of Game 3. The Heat were 31 of 76 shooting for the game and 8 of 18 from 3-point land, while attempting just 10 total free-throws as a team. The Heat have not lost consecutive games in the playoffs and they have typically responded well following a loss, averaging 104.2 points in the five games after a playoff loss this year.
