NFL Week 3 Las Vegas Odds
(The Spread) – Las Vegas oddsmakers have released the point spreads for the Week 3 matchups in the NFL. Let’s take a look at the odds.
For the second time in three weeks the defending Super Bowl champion Giants will play a mid-week game. They’ll hit the road for the first time this season when they travel to Charlotte to play the 1-1 Panthers, who are 1-point underdogs right now in Vegas.
On Sunday the 1-1 Cowboys will host the 1-1 Buccaneers and are currently a touchdown favorite despite losing to the Seahawks in Seattle on Sunday. According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv, the Bears are also large 9-point favorites against the Rams despite their loss to the Packers last Thursday night in Green Bay. A loss that saw Jay Cutler sacked seven times.
Also on Sunday, the new Super Bowl favorites, the 49ers, will visit the Vikings at 1:00PM ET. Vegas oddsmakers have installed Minnesota as a 7-point home underdog, while the Vikings’ NFC North rivals the Lions are 3-point road favorites against the struggling Titans.
On Sunday night the 1-1 Ravens will host the Patriots, who shockingly lost to the Cardinals at home last weekend. Baltimore is currently a 3-point favorite and on Monday night, the Packers are 3.5-point favorites against the Seahawks in Seattle.
