(The Spread) – Oddsmakers have compiled offseason prop odds for the Calgary Flames and other NHL teams that have been eliminated from playoff contention.
Will the Calgary Flames trade Jarome Iginla or Mikka Kiprusoff prior to the 2012-13 NHL season? The odds for Iginla being traded are 4/1 for “Yes” and 1/6 for “No,” while the odds for Kiprusoff being dealt are 3/1 for “Yes” and 1/5 for “No.”
Who will be the Flames’ next head coach? Troy Ward is favored at 7/4 while Bob Hartley has the next best odds at 5/2. Craig Mctavish is 6/1, Mike Sullivan is 8/1 and Bob Boughner is 9/1. Marc Crawford and Ron Wilson are 10/1, respectively, while Terry Murray and Paul Maurice are 12/1, respectively. Jacques Martin is the long shot at 15/1.

What will happen next for Montreal’s Scott Gomez? The odds for him having his contract bought out is 10/11 while “Sent to Minors/Plays in Europe” is also 10/11. The odds for being being traded are 25/1, while the odds for him being on Montreal’s roster for Game 1 of the regular season are 15/2.
What will the Edmonton Oilers do with the first pick in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft? “Select Nail Yakupov” has odds of 1/2 while “Select Ryan Murray” is 3/2. “Trade the pick/Select Any other Player” is the long shot at 6/1.
