Oddsmakers have the Orange as the favorite, giving them odds of -4 points on the road against Cincinnati. The over/under total for the game has been set at 135 points. Syracuse is 20-1 overall and 4-1 on the road while Cincinnati is 15-5 on the season and 10-3 at home. The Orange is 13-7 against the spread while the Bearcats are 7-7 ATS.
