NFL Playoff Free Pick: Take the over. The Saints’ defense has been pretty good at home this year but the Lions posses a legit quarterback in Matthew Stafford and thus far, no team has been able to contain receiver Calvin Johnson. On the other side, Drew Brees has been absolutely unstoppable at home this season and considering Detroit is still banged up in its secondary, the Lions will have trouble slowing Jimmy Graham and the Saints tonight. According to latest NFL trends, the over is 4-0 in the Saints’ last four playoff home games and 4-1 in their last five games versus the NFC. The over is also 5-1-1 in the Lions’ last seven games as a road underdog and 9-2 in their last 11 games following an ATS loss.
