The 49ers are the only team that can take the top spot in the NFC from Green Bay, but they will have to win out and the Packers will have to lose out. The 49ers are 10-2-1 against the spread and 6-1 at home this season while hitting the under in 7 of 13 games. The 49ers are scoring 23.6 points per game this season but average just 309 yards per game. The team relies on Frank Gore, who has rushed for 1,054 yards and 6 TDβs to lead the offense. Defensively, San Francisco allows the fewest points in the league at 14 points per game. They also have the top rushing defense, giving up just 70.5 yards per game on the ground. The defense will be less than 100 percent however, as Patrick Willis is doubtful to play because of a hamstring injury. Willis has 93 tackles and two sacks on the year.
