Browns vs. Raiders NFL Week 6 Odds
(The Spread) – One week after winning an emotional road game, the Raiders return home this Sunday to host the Browns.
CLEVELAND: The Browns will be coming off a bye when they travel to Oakland on Sunday and are 2-2 on the season. They’re just 1-2-1 against the spread this year after covering against the Colts in Week 2, while the over has hit in three of their four games.
OAKLAND: One day after the passing of legendary owner Al Davis, the Raiders played an inspired game in Houston and knocked off the Texas 25-20 with a last-second goal-line stand. Oakland is now 3-2 on the year and 4-1 against the spread, with its only non-cover coming in a 31-19 home loss to the Patriots in Week 4.

ODDS & LINE MOVEMENT: Oddsmakers have installed the host Raiders as 6.5-point favorites over the visiting Browns, while the over/under total is currently sitting at 6.5 points. The line actually opened at 7 at the Las Vegas Hilton and before dropping all the way down to 5.5 on two separate occasions, the spread is back up to 6.5 at most books.
TRENDS: According to latest NFL trends, the Browns are 5-0 against the spread in their last five games against the Raiders, who are also 7-21 ATS in their last 28 games as a favorite. That said, Cleveland is just 1-6-1 ATS in its last eight games overall and 1-6-1 ATS in its last eight games versus the AFC. The Browns are also 0-4 ATS in their last four games as an underdog and 1-5 ATS versus a team with a winning record.
