Houston put a 34-7 stomping on Indianapolis in the season opener. The Texas scored all 34 points in the first half of the win and held the Colts to just 236 yards of offense. Most of the offense from the Colts came in the second half when the Texans let off the gas. Houston running back Ben Tate rushed for 116 yards on 24 carries with one touchdown in the win, as he was in place of usual starter, Arian Foster, who was out with a hamstring injury.
Miami lost 38-24 to New England on Monday night to kick off the season. The Dolphins were shredded on defense for 622 total yards including over 500 passing yards. The Miami offense still did total 488 yards in the loss. Quarterback Chad Henne threw for 416 yards and two scores while also rushing for 59 yards and a touchdown.
In terms of Injuries, Foster is questionable with a hamstring injury while receiver Kevin Walter is out with a shoulder injury. Miami linebacker Jason Taylor is questionable with an ankle injury while safety Chris Clemons is questionable with a hamstring injury.
