2011 NHL Draft Prop Odds
(The Spread) – The 2011 NHL Draft is set for Friday, June 24 and oddsmakers have released prop odds for this year’s event.

Oddsmakers from online sports book Bodog have released odds for the 2011 NHL Draft, including props for who the Edmonton Oilers will draft with their first overall pick. Ryan Nugent-Hopkins is –225 on the money line, while Adam Larsson is +180, Gabriel Landeskog is +1500 and Jonathan Huberdeu is +2000. Most observers believe that Nugent-Hopkins is a slam-dunk at No. 1, so the odds make sense.
The Senators are expected to take a center, which is reflected in the odds. For the prop, “Who will the Ottawa Senators draft with their first pick?” a forward is –160 on the money line, while a defenseman is +130 and goaltender is +1500.
For the prop, “Who will Winnipeg draft with its first pick,” a forward is –160 on the money line, while a defenseman is +130 and goaltender is +1500. Bettors may find some value with this wager seeing as how some observers believe Dougie Hamilton (a defenseman) will be Winnipeg’s selection.
There might be value in the prop, “Who will the Vancouver Canucks select with their first overall pick.” A “forward” is –110, while a defenseman is also –110 and goaltender is +1500 on the ML. Some observers believe that defenseman Oscar Klefbom will be Vancouver’s pick at No. 29 overall.
