Week 13 NFL Public Betting Report

Of the 34,048 wagers placed on the ChicagoDetroit game today, 80% of the public favors the Bears. But that isn’t the team that public likes the most in Week 13. Read on to find out which team is.

According to NFL Week 13 odds and oddsmakers from online sports book Sportsbook.com, the Saints are 6.5-point favorites over the Bengals on Sunday. And of the 43,027 wagers placed on the New Orleans-Cincinnati game, 85% of the public likes the Saints, which makes them the most wagered on team for this weekend’s slate of games (right now, at least).

As previously mentioned, 80% of the public likes the Bears at –4.5 against the Lions, although that spread is up to 5.5 at most books. Following the Bears in the public’s eye is the Rams, who are 3.5-point road favorites over the Cardinals today. Of the 26,114 wagers placed on that game, 78% of the public favors St. Louis.

According to latest NFL public betting information, the public also favors another road favorite on Sunday. The Falcons are 2-point favorites over the Bucs in Week 13 and of the 35,326 wagers placed on Sunday’s game, 73% of the public favors Atlanta.

So what home favorite does the public like? That would be the Green Bay Packers, who are 9-point favorites over the Frank Gore-less 49ers today. Of the 46,670 wagers placed on this game, 78% of the public likes the Pack.

Of the games the public is somewhat split on, only 53% of the betting public likes the Browns +5 over the Dolphins. Only 56% of the public favors the Vikings –5 over the Bills, too. And thanks to Kyle Orton and the rest of the Broncos’ big day over the Chiefs a couple of weeks ago in Denver, only 56% of the public favors Kansas City –9 on Sunday.
