NFL Week 6 Odds
Week 6 in the NFL is chockfull of intriguing matchups and should prove to be one of the most anticipated week of the young 2009 season.
There are several marquee matchups on the Week 6 schedule, but perhaps none bigger than the New York Giants vs. the New Orleans Saints. Both teams are undefeated on the season and this game could be crucial to deciding who gets the top playoff spot in the NFC.
Oddsmakers from online sports book Sportsbook.com have made the Saints 3-point home favorites over the Giants, while the over/under total has been set at 48.
Another potentially great matchup has the Baltimore Ravens traveling to the Metrodome to take on Brett Favre and the undefeated Minnesota Vikings. The Ravens are coming off of two straight losses after winning their first three games, so this week is huge for them. The Vikes have opened as 3-point home favorites, while the over/under total has been set at 43.
The Sunday night matchup should prove to be a great one as well, as Jay Cutler and the Chicago Bears take on Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons at the Georgia Dome. The Bears will be well rested coming off a bye and the Falcons are soaring high after crushing the 49ers in Week 5. Atlanta has opened as 3-point favorites.
