Week 3 Preseason Odds
The third and arguably most important week in the NFL preseason is here as teams will use Week 3 to figure out what players will be deemed starters, and which will get the boot.
The action kicks off this Thursday when the Eagles host the Jaguars, the Rams head to Cincinnati to take on the Bengals and the Dolphins face the Bucs in Tampa. Oddsmakers from online sports book Sportsbook.com have made the Eagles 7-point favorites, the Bengals 2.5-point favorites and the Bucs 2.5-point favorites, respectively.
On Friday night, the Redskins are 3.5-point home underdogs against the Patriots, while the Packers are 3.5-point road underdogs at the NFC defending champion Cardinals.
There are a couple of great preseason matchups on Saturday night, as the Falcons (-2.5) host the Chargers at 8:00PM on CBS, the Ravens travel to Carolina to take on the Panthers and the Giants host their in-state rivals, the Jets, in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
The Week 3 action wraps up with the Broncos hosting former quarterback Jay Cutler and his new team, the Bears (+2.5), on Sunday night on NBC. Then on Monday night, the Texans (-3) host Brett Favre and the Vikings on ESPN at 8:00PM ET.
