According to oddsmakers, the Nationals are favored to win this game, as they have odds of -131 to win, while the Cardinals have a money line of +123. The over/under has not been set yet. Washington is 100-66 overall and 51-32 at home this year while St. Louis is 91-76 overall and 40-44 on the road. The Nationals won with this pitching matchup in Game 1.
