FOXBORO, MA (The Spread) – New evidence may have emerged that will implicate Aaron Hernandez in the murder of Odin Lloyd.
According to the Associated Press, court documents suggest that police may have turned up key evidence in the Hernandez murder investigation. The former Patriots tight end reportedly had a “flop house” that was rented in his name and police searching the apartment discovered a sweatshirt and baseball hat. Those items were “similar to what Hernandez wore the night of Odin Lloyd was killed.” Police also found boxes of bullets.
In related news, the prosecution has reportedly reached out to authorities in Gainesville, Fla. to determine if Hernandez had a role in a 2007 shooting that left two men wounded. According to that report, a witness saw a man that fit Hernandez’s description walk up to a car and fire multiple shots at someone in a car that was stopped at a traffic light.
