Updated Kentucky Derby Odds
LOUISVILLE, KY (The Spread) – Oddsmakers have updated the odds for the 2012 Kentucky Derby and now two horses share the same odds.
Both Union Rags and Bodemeister are 13/10 to win Saturday’s race. Earlier this week, they were both 7/2 favorites but after the post positions were drawn on Wednesday Bodemeister became a slight favorite at 4/1, while Union Rags remained 7/2.
The contender with the next best odds is Gemologist at 19/10 while Take Charge Indy and Creative Cause are 7/2. Hansen is now listed at 10/3 while Went The Day Well is 15/2.

Daddy Long Legs, who owns the rail position for today’s Kentucky Derby, is 9/1 while Optimizer is now 12/1. Dullahan is 12/5, Rousing Sermon is 12/1 and Trinniberg is 12/1. Daddy Nose Best and Alpha are both 17/4, respectively, while Prospective is 10/1.
El Padrino is 15/2, Done Talking is 12/1 and Sabercat is 10/1. I’ll Have Another (4/1) and Liaison round out the odds at 15/1. (Check out the opening odds for the 2012 Kentucky Derby.)
