Predators vs. Hurricanes Prediction
The Predators have had their issues with the Hurricanes in previous meetings between the two teams but is Carolina a trustworthy play as a moneyline favorite on Friday night? The puck will drop at 7:00 p.m. ET from PNC Arena in Raleigh, NC.

Nashville Predators DFS Spin
Michael McCarron scored a goal in Tuesday’s 4-1 loss to the Washington Capitals. McCarron did what none of his teammates could, besting Ilya Samsonov for a goal early in the third period. That would be the entirety of Nashville’s offense on the evening. Overall this season, McCarron has now scored a modest two goals with four total points in 26 games played. As if it needs to be said, there is little fantasy intrigue, here.
Carolina Hurricanes DFS Spin
Frederik Andersen surrendered three goals on 31 shots in Wednesday’s 3-2 overtime loss to the Florida Panthers. Wow. What a finish. After Carolina went up 2-1 on a Tony DeAngelo goal early in the third period, Andersen was able to hold steady into the final minute of regulation. With just 49 seconds remaining in the contest, though, Sam Reinhart managed to score on a ricochet to force overtime. OT would end in a blink on a nice little flip goal from Aaron Ekblad. We’re positive people around these parts and will simply note that Andersen looked very good for almost the entirety of the contest, before it all went wrong. Since shutting out the Bruins a few starts ago, Andersen has allowed three goals in each of his last two starts. Just a little turbulence, nothing to worry about for fantasy managers. The Hurricanes will next take the ice in a Friday dance with the Predators.
