David Krejci paces the Bruins with 12 goals and 47 assists, but was shut down along with the rest of his teammates in a 1-0 home defeat against the New York Rangers on Saturday. Claude Giroux has 24 goals and 46 assists for Philadelphia.
According to NHL trends, Phhiladelphia is 9-9-0 straight up against Boston over the last three seasons. Nine of 16 games in this series have gone over the total in the last three seasons. Philadelphia is 23-12 when playing against a team with a winning record this season.
In other NHL action, the Pittsburgh Penguins host the Florida Panthers at 1:00PM EST. Pittsburgh is a -270 favorite, while the over-under is -270. Atlanta hosts Ottawa at 2:00PM EST. The Thrashers are listed as a -145 favorite and the over-under is 5.5. Vancouver travels to Columbus for a 5:00PM EST start. The Canucks are a-155 favorite with an over-under of 5.5.
