Jarnkrok questionable to play
Nashville forward Calle Jarnkrok is questionable for tonight’s game as he has an undisclosed injury. Jarnkrok missed the latter portion of the regular season and part of the first round with an injury, but has played five games and notched an assist. Although his minutes have been reduced during the playoffs, he did up his ice time to 17:56 in the 5-4 double OT victory in Game 2. He did not play in Game 3. During the regular season, Jarnkrok recorded 16 goals and 19 assists in 68 games played.
Jets dominate last two periods
Winnipeg fell behind 3-0 through one period of Game 3, but rallied for a 7-4 triumph. Dustin Byfuglien and Blake Wheeler paced the Jets offense as they tallied two goals each. Paul Stastny, Brandon Tanev and Jacob Trouba added one goal apiece. Winnipeg goalie Connor Hellebuyck settled down after a rough first period, stopping 26 of 30 shots to secure the win. Filip Forsberg and P.K. Subban paced the Predators with a goal and an assist apiece. Pekka Rinne allowed five goals on 43 shots before the final two goals were scored on an empty net.
