Boston Bruins DFS Spin
Linus Ullmark stopped 19-of-20 shots in Tuesday’s 2-1 overtime win over the Chicago Blackhawks. With a thin line separating victory and defeat on Tuesday night, Ullmark just barely eked out the win over opposite netminder Marc-Andre Fleury. He did almost have a fatal mistake in this one, surrendering a game-tying goal to Brandon Hagel midway through the third period. That goal did little to rattle Ullmark, though. This was a nice rebound performance for Ullmark, who had coughed up seven combined goals to the Ducks and Kings over his last two starts prior to stepping up against Chicago. Up next on the schedule, a Wednesday matchup with the Wild to finish off Boston’s midweek back-to-back.
Minnesota Wild DFS Spin
The Minnesota Wild have acquired Tyson Jost from the Colorado Avalanche in exchange for Nico Sturm. Jost has six goals and 14 points in 59 contests with Colorado this season. Jost is in the first season of a two-year, $4 million contract, so Colorado is freeing up a bit of cap space with this move.
Bruins vs. Wild Betting Prediction
The Bruins have won six of their last seven games versus the Wild and are 5-1 in their last six games in Minnesota. They’re also 7-1 in their last eight road games, are 10-2 in their last 12 games overall and are 14-4 in their last 18 games when their opponent scores two goals or less in their previous contest. The Wild, meanwhile, are just 3-8 in their last 11 games overall, are 1-4 in their last five games versus Atlantic opponents and are 1-7 in their last eight games when playing the fourth game of a 4-in-6 situation.
