INDIANAPOLIS (AP) – Colts safety Mike Adams has already given his teammates some advice about Sunday’s game at Dallas.
Arrive early and get the awe out of the way. Then, focus on football.
Adams remembers his first awe-inspiring first trip to AT&T Stadium, sometimes referred to as Jerry World, and how it nearly became a distraction even to him.
Adams realizes the Colts (10-4) can’t afford to let that happen if they hope to keep alive their slim hopes at earning a first-round bye in the playoffs.
Instead, Indianapolis is looking to fine-tune things after wrapping up a second straight AFC South title last weekend.
