FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) – Tom Brady says he’s not happy that many New England Patriots fans left their home stadium before the end of the season opener.
The quarterback also said Wednesday that he doesn’t think New York Jets fans leave their home games early. The Patriots visit the Jets at the New Meadowlands Stadium on Sunday.
Brady said he wasn’t happy when he saw half of Gillette Stadium was empty when the Patriots led the Cincinnati Bengals by 21 points in the fourth quarter of their 38-24 win. The announced paid attendance was 68,756, the 173rd consecutive home sellout.
