ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) -Linebacker Reggie Torbor has a humorous theory on how the once-winless Buffalo Bills are suddenly on a roll.
After spending the first half of the season perfecting ways to lose, Torbor figures it was only a matter of time for the Bills to learn how to win a couple. Well, something’s certainly changed.
Torbor was in an upbeat mood Monday, a day after the Bills (2-8) won their second straight. They did it by overcoming a 28-7 deficit to beat Cincinnati 49-31.
It was an eye-opening victory that came in a season in which the Bills were once regarded as the NFL’s worst. That’s no longer the case. Buffalo has moved out of last place in the standings, a win ahead of Carolina, and prepares to host Pittsburgh (7-3) on Sunday.
