ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) -Bills starting cornerback Leodis McKelvin did not return after hurting his leg in the first half of Buffalo’s game against New Orleans on Sunday.
It’s not clear when McKelvin was hurt, though he entered the game with a sore ankle, which he hurt in last week’s 33-20 win over Tampa Bay. The ankle injury prevented McKelvin from handling kickoff returns against the Saints.
The Bills announced McKelvin would not return after he went to the locker room for tests.
Saints starting left tackle Jermon Bushrod hurt his right ankle in the second quarter and was replaced by Zach Strief to start the second half. The Saints said Bushrod’s return was questionable.
