It would be no surprise if Manning announced his retirement following this season, as injuries have piled up and his performance level has dropped off. New NFL Films audio actually captured a moment between Manning and New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick following Sunday’s AFC Championship. In the clip, Manning tells Belichick, “Hey, listen, this might be my last rodeo. So, it sure has been a pleasure.”

According to oddsmakers at RealBets, Manning is currently listed with +275 odds to win the Super Bowl 50 MVP. He is the favorite to win amongst the Denver Broncos. However, Denver is currently listed as a 4.5-point underdog against the Carolina Panthers in the game, which takes place on Sunday, Feb. 7 at 6:30PM ET.

Manning threw for 2,249 yards and 9 touchdowns this past season with 17 interceptions in 10 games. His playoff performance has been much better, throwing for 398 yards and 2 touchdowns with 0 interceptions in two games. He still is struggling to complete a high percentage of passes, sitting at 55.1 for the postseason right now. He faces a Carolina defense that allows the sixth-fewest total yards in the NFL.
