New England Patriots Daily Fantasy Spin

Patriots defensive tackle Jaquelin Roy (foot), offensive tackle Caedan Wallace (ankle), wide receiver Javon Baker (concussion), and center Jake Andrews (knee) have all been ruled out for Sunday’s road date with the Cardinals.

New England defensive tackle Christian Barmore (undisclosed), safety Kyle Dugger (ankle), cornerback Christian Gonzalez (shoulder), offensive tackle Vederian Lowe (shoulder), and guard Cole Strange (knee) are all officially listed as questionable to play this weekend.

Arizona Cardinals Daily Fantasy Spin

Cardinals punter Blake Gillikin (foot), running back Emari Demarcado (back), cornerback Elijah Jones (ankle), and placekicker Matt Prater (knee) will all sit out Sunday’s contest. Michael Palardy will handle the punting duties while Chad Ryland will handle the kicking duties for Arizona on Sunday.

Lopez has 23 total tackles, a sack, a forced fumble, a fumble recovery, and 3 passes defended this season. Jones has 19 total tackles, 2 sacks, and 2 passes defended this year.

New England is 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games against Arizona.

New England is 4-2 ATS in their last 6 games overall.

Arizona is 1-2 ATS as a home favorite since the start of last season.

Arizona is 6-12 ATS as a favorite since the start of the 2021 season.

Patriots vs. Cardinals Betting Prediction:

New England quarterback Drake Maye is starting to look like a potential franchise quarterback. The rookie out of North Carolina had one of his best games of the season at home against the Colts on December 1st. In that contest, the #3 overall pick completed 24 of 30 passes for 238 yards, 1 touchdown, and 1 interception. Maye also rushed 5 times for 59 yards in the loss. Drake Maye has a total QBR of 58.6 this season.

That figure ranks 17th in the NFL and is ahead of quarterbacks like Russell Wilson, Justin Herbert, C.J. Stroud, Baker Mayfield, and Aaron Rodgers. Maye and the Patriots have the added bonus of coming off of a bye week heading into this weekend’s game as well. Arizona lost at home to Seattle last weekend by double-digits. New England is 9-4 ATS after a bye since the start of the 2015 season. I like the Pats to improve that record here. I’m taking New England and the points on the road in this one.
