Will the Pistons cover as a home dog versus the Heat? Will the Oilers stay red-hot when they welcome the Panthers to town tonight? Read on for our Monday Cross-Sport Parlay.
Sunday Cross-Sport Parlay Recap
My Sunday Cross-Sport Parlay consisted of the Blues (+114), the Mavericks (-3) and the Steelers (+5.5). Dallas rolled to a 143-133 victory over the Warriors in San Francisco and the Blues did their part to upset the Rangers at home. All we needed was Mike Tomlin’s squad to cover as an underdog, which they’ve done at over a 60% clip during his tenure in Pittsburgh. Naturally, the Steelers failed to cover as the Eagles worked them virtually all game.

NBA Monday Cross-Sport Parlay: Pistons +4.5 (-112), 7:10 p.m. ET
While the Heat have won eight of the past 10 meetings with the Pistons, Detroit is 7-2-1 against the number in those 10 contests. These two teams met on November 12 of this season and the Pistons emerged with a 123-121 overtime victory as a 1.5-point home dog. It was the third consecutive cover for Detroit in this series and its fifth in the past six meetings with Miami.
NFL Monday Cross-Sport Parlay: Caleb Williams over 25.5 Rushing Yards (-110), 8:00 p.m. ET
Williams has gone over his rushing yards prop in four straight games, which includes his 33 rush yards against Minnesota in the first meeting between these division rivals. Last Sunday, Williams finished with 27 rushing yards after his rushing prop closed at 25.5. Two weeks ago in Detroit, Williams rushed for 39 yards when his over/under was 31.5. Toss in his 70 yards against the Packers on November 17 and he’s topped 27 rushing yards in four straight games.
NFL Monday Cross-Sport Parlay: Ray-Ray McCloud over 36.5 Receiving Yards (-110), 8:30 p.m. ET
With two Monday Night Football games to choose from, coupled with a light slate in college hoops, I’ll add another NFL play to this parlay.
Kirk Cousins looks washed. He didn’t have much mobility before shredding his Achillies tendon last season and now he’s really immobile. His arm strength also looks zapped as well, as even defensive backs have to wait longer before the ball reaches their hands.
However, with Cousins now terrified to throw the ball downfield and often looking for his shorter options, things have opened up for McCloud. Over the past three weeks, McCloud has caught 6, 4 and 8 receptions against the Broncos, Chargers and Vikings, respectively. Over his last four games, he’s racked up 98, 95, 46 and 30 yards receiving, all of which cashed the over on his receiving yardage prop.
Assuming Cousins doesn’t turn back the clock for a night and start chucking the ball deep, McCloud is in store for another bigger game.
NHL Monday Cross-Sport Parlay: Oilers (-130), 8:45 p.m. ET
The Panthers are 6-4 in their last 10 meetings with the Oilers but if we shrink that sample size down to the last four meetings, Edmonton is 3-1. The Oilers are also 8-2 in their last 10 games overall, which includes a five-game winning streak. Over the course of those 10 games, the Oilers would have racked up $337.00 for a $100.00 bettor.
While it’s tempting to take an outstanding Panthers team receiving plus odds, they’re dropped back-to-back games on their current road trip. The Oilers are too hot to fade.
Cross-Sport Parlay Odds: +1120 (Fanduel Sportsbook)
