Gore to run wild today?
Frank Gore may have a favorable matchup today as the Indianapolis Colts hit the road to face the Miami Dolphins at 1PM ET.
According to oddsmakers at RealBets, the Dolphins are favored at home in this game, as they are getting odds of -2.5 points against the Colts. The over/under total for the game has been set at 44 points. These two meet today at 1PM ET on CBS.
Gore hasn’t exactly been a stud this season for the Colts (6-8, 6-8 ATS), as the 11-year veteran has rushed for just 806 yards and four touchdowns. He has had a decent role in the pass game, catching 32 passes for 257 yards with one score. He has yet to record a 100-yard game this season, but things are looking up for today’s meeting with the Dolphins (5-9, 4-10 ATS). Miami comes into this game as one of the worst against opposing running backs. The Dolphins are giving up the second-most fantasy points to opposing backs, as they have allowed 1,653 yards and 10 touchdowns rushing along with 620 receiving yards and seven touchdowns.
Oddsmakers have listed Gore’s over/under for rushing yards at 67.5 today. His odds to score a touchdown have yet to be released. Gore has been held below 50 rushing yards in four of his last five games and has only passed 50 yards eight times in 2015. He has rushed for over 67 yards in five games in 2015. Despite that, Miami comes in allowing at least 90 rushing yards in five straight games.
