Bucs vs. Colts Week 12 Prediction
Tom Brady and the Bucs are only laying a field goal to the Colts in Sunday’s Week 12 NFL matchup in Indianapolis. Is this a trap game or is Tampa Bay still a quality bet to cash as road chalk?

Rob Gronkowski (back) was removed from the Week 12 injury report. Gronkowski caught six passes and played 59% of snaps in his return to the lineup last week. The Bucs should continue to rely on him over the middle of the field with Antonio Brown (ankle) out, giving him a high target floor against the Colts. Indy has been one of the worst teams in the league at covering tight ends, allowing over 60 yards per game to the position this season.

Jonathan Taylor rushed 32 times for 185 yards and four touchdowns in the Colts’ Week 11 win over the Bills, adding three catches for 19 yards and a touchdown. Taylor put on a clinic in Buffalo even while getting some rest in the closing minutes of the game. No defender stood a chance at tackling him and he broke a trio of plays that went for more than 20 yards, one of which came on his impressive receiving score. He also set the Indianaoplis franchise record for rushing plus receiving touchdowns scored in a game. This was his eighth straight game with a touchdown. Taylor is one of the league’s best runners while also getting plenty of goal line and receiving work. He now sits as the fantasy RB1 and is unlikely to give up that throne anytime soon. Taylor will face his greatest test yet next week as he and the Colts take on the Buccaneers. Still, a player as game-breaking as he is shouldn’t be affected by a difficult matchup.
Bucs vs. Colts Betting Prediction
The Bucs are 0-4-1 against the spread in their last five games against the Colts, are 0-5 against the number in their last five road games and have failed to cover in six of their last six games as a road favorite. The Colts, meanwhile, are a perfect 4-0 against the spread in their last four games as an underdog, are 6-2 against the number in their last eight games overall and are 12-4-1 ATS in their last 17 home games when facing an opponent with a winning road record.
