Cincinnati Bengals Daily Fantasy Spin
Bengals offensive tackle Orlando Brown (leg), linebacker Joe Bachie (groin), defensive tackle Sheldon Rankins (illness), and linebacker Logan Wilson (knee) have all been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Titans.
Cincinnati guard Cody Ford (undisclosed) and wide receiver Charlie Jones (groin) are both officially listed as questionable to play against Tennessee this weekend. Jones has 1 catch for 5 yards in 8 games of action this year.
Tennessee Titans Daily Fantasy Spin
Titans offensive tackle Andrew Rupcich (tricep), guard Logan Bruss (knee), offensive tackle Jaelyn Duncan (hamstring), and wide receiver Treylon Burks (knee) have all been ruled out for Sunday’s clash with Cincinnati.
Tennessee cornerback Roger McCreary (shoulder), running back Tony Pollard (ankle), and linebacker Otis Reese IV (ankle) are all listed as questionable to play on Sunday.
Pollard had 21 carries for 102 yards in Tennessee’s game against Jacksonville last weekend. He wasn’t present at the open portion of the Titans’ practice on Friday. The former Cowboy has 213 carries for 937 yards and 4 touchdowns this season.
Bengals vs. Titans Betting Trends
Cincinnati is 7-2 ATS in their last 9 games against Tennessee.
Cincinnati is 4-0 ATS as a road favorite this season.
Tennessee is 2-7 ATS as an underdog this season.
Tennessee is an NFL-worst 0-6 ATS as the home team this year.
Bengals vs. Titans Betting Prediction:
It’s striking how bad the Titans have been against the number this season. Tennessee has the worst ATS record in the NFL this year at 2-11. That’s 2 full games worse than the Giants, Jets, Cowboys, and Browns, who are all 4-9 ATS this season. The Titans are 0-2 ATS as a home underdog and 1-3 ATS when playing with the rest advantage this season. Cincinnati defeated Dallas on the road on Monday night, so they’ll be playing on a short week. I’m not sure it will matter that much.
The Bengals’ offense is one of the best units in the league. Cincinnati is 5th in points per play, 3rd in yards per point, 9th in yards per play, and 1st in passing yards per game in 2024. The problem for the Bengals has been their defense this year. Cincinnati is in luck on Sunday, because Tennessee’s offense is only averaging 17.5 points per game this season. That’s the third-worst mark in the NFL this year. I think the Bengals are able to keep their playoff hopes alive with a relatively resounding victory on Sunday. I’m laying the points with Cincinnati on the road in this one.
