San Francisco 49ers DFS Spin
Deebo Samuel (groin) was ruled out for Week 13 against the Seahawks. Samuel was always expected to miss this game, so the injury designation is not a surprise. With Samuel sidelined, Brandon Aiyuk and George Kittle should see more targets, and Elijah Mitchell will not watch a handful of carries go Samuel’s way. All three are good fantasy options this week.
Seattle Seahawks DFS Spin
Seahawks promoted RB Adrian Peterson to the active roster. Peterson is expected to play Sunday despite being in Seattle for less than a week. It’s unclear how much of a role he’ll have with Alex Collins (core), Rashaad Penny (hamstring), and Travis Homer (calf) all questionable. Peterson plodded his way to 82 yards (3.0 YPC) and a touchdown in three games with the Titans before getting waived last month. With Peterson added to an already crowded committee, none of Seattle’s running backs are fantasy options this week.
NFL Week 13 Betting Prediction
The 49ers are just 2-7-1 against the spread in their last 10 games in Seattle and are 5-14-1 against the number in their last 20 games versus the Niners overall. Despite their issues, the Seahawks are also 14-6 against the spread in their last 20 games as an underdog and are 36-17-4 against the number in their last 57 games following a loss. The Niners, meanwhile, are just 4-10 against the spread in their last 14 games as a favorite and are 2-5 ATS in their last seven games in December.
