BROOKVILLE, N.Y. (AP) -Trevor Harris threw for two touchdowns and 209 yards in leading undefeated Edinboro to a 31-7 victory over C.W. Post on Saturday.
Michael Battles ran 11 yards for the game-opening touchdown with 14:22 left in the second quarter for the Fighting Scots (3-0, 2-0 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference).
After Harris connected on a 45-yard pass to Josh Brown about eight minutes later for a 14-0 advantage, Edinboro broke the game open when Branden Williams returned an interception 100 yards with 14 seconds remaining in the half for a 20-0 lead.
Harris added a 40-yard TD pass to Rich Cerro at 10:53 of the third and Battles ran in for a two-point conversion and a 28-0 lead. Harris finished 16-for-26.
The Pioneers (0-3, 0-2) avoided a shutout on Anthony Adamic’s 3-yard run at 6:01 of the fourth quarter.
Jason Gwaltney led Post’s rushing attack with 22 carries for 85 yards.
