PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. (AP) -Justin Polanis rushed for two touchdowns in Pace’s 20-9 victory over winless St. Anselm’s in a Northeast 10 Conference game Saturday.
Polanis, who finished with 72 yards on 36 carries, opened the scoring for the Setters (1-3, 1-2) with a 1-yard run at 12:21 of the second quarter.
He scored on a 4-yard run at 2:18 of the second to boost the lead to 14-0. Melvin Perdue intercepted Ray Gregg and raced 70 yards to score the only touchdown for the Hawks (0-3, 0-2).
Gregg completed 7 of 19 passes for 99 yards.
