SEATTLE (AP) -New Washington offensive coordinator Jim Michalczik (Muh-HALL-check) has left the program to take a job with the Oakland Raiders.
The school made the announcement Monday, less than a week after new coach Steve Sarkisian (Sar-KEE-zhun) and his staff wrapped up their first recruiting class. Michalczik’s exact position with the Raiders was not immediately known.
Michalczik served the last six seasons at California, most recently as offensive line coach, co-offensive coordinator and assistant head coach. He was to be paid $350,000 per year plus supplemental income.
