A pair of unbeaten MAC teams collide tonight when Western Michigan hosts Bowling Green at 8PM ET on ESPN2.
According to oddsmakers at MyBookie, Bowling Green is the slight favorite on the road, as the Falcons are getting odds of -3 points against Western Michigan. The over/under total for the game has been set at 75.5 points. Western Michigan has won and covered the spread in four straight against the Falcons. Bowling Green is 7-2 overall, 5-0 in the MAC, 7-2 against the spread and 6-3 with the over. The Falcons are coming off a 62-24 win over Ohio last week for its sixth straight victory. BG ranks fourth in the nation in scoring (45.9 ppg) and first in passing (430.2 ypg). The defense is giving up 28 points and 434.2 yards per contest. Matt Johnson has thrown for 3,686 yards and 33 touchdowns to lead the offense while Roger Lewis has caught 64 passes for 1,224 yards and 12 touchdowns.
