Missouri Tigers Game Notes
Missouri redshirt sophomore QB Connor Bazelak (undisclosed) has been ruled out for Saturday’s game against Georgia. Missouri head coach Eliah Drinkwitz was quiet for most of the week on Bazelak‘s (6’3”/212) status and giving him the questionable tag. He left the game last week against Vanderbilt midway through the fourth quarter. Brady Cook and Tyler Macon are both expected to get time under center. These backup quarterbacks get the pleasure of facing Georgia, who’s undoubtedly the best defense in country.
Georgia Bulldogs Game Notes
Georgia redshirt junior QB Stetson Bennett, who started last week vs. Florida, has yet to be named the team’s starter ahead of Saturday’s matchup against Missouri. Georgia head coach Kirby Smart was questioned on Bennett’s (5’11/190) status as a starter, but failed to reveal whether or not Bennett or JT Daniels would start this weekend against Missouri. Bennett didn’t do much to impress in his outing against Florida. He completed 10-of-19 passes for 161 yards, while throwing just one touchdown to two interceptions in the 34-7 victory. To date, Bennett has completed 65.7% of his passes for 1,159 yards, 12 touchdowns and four interceptions.
Missouri vs. Georgia Week 10 Betting Prediction
The over is 4-1 in the last five meetings between these two teams, is 4-0 in the Tigers’ last four road games and has cashed in six of Missouri’s last seven games overall. On the other side, the over is 5-2 in the Bulldogs’ last seven home games, is 4-0 in their last four games played in the month of November and is 5-1 in their last six games after accumulating less than 170 yards passing in their previous game.
