Iowa State vs. Oklahoma State Total Pick
Stillwater will be the host of a Big 12 matchup this Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET between Iowa State and Oklahoma State. Given the Cyclones struggles on offense, will the combined score fall under the total for bettors?

Public Betting Trends
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetNow.eu, the Cowboys are 10-point favorites to beat the Cyclones. The total, meanwhile, sits at 54.5 points. As of this writing, 71% of the public betting tickets wagered on this matchup are on the Cowboys.
Iowa State Cyclones
Iowa State redshirt sophomore QB Zeb Noland will start Saturday’s game against Oklahoma State. Noland (6’2/218) will be starting his fourth consecutive game in place of Kyle Kempt, who remains sidelined by a knee injury. He may well start in place of Kempt versus West Virginia the following weekend, too. At this point, we’re starting to accumulate a nice little sample on the redshirt sophomore. He’s thrown for 715 yards (63.9-percent completions) with a 4/1 TD/INT ratio in four total games. TCU held him to just 79 yards passing on Saturday, but HC Matt Campbell was encouraged by the mental progressions Noland made as he got deeper into the contest. He should be able to put up decent numbers versus the hot/cold Cowboys on Saturday.
Oklahoma State Cowboys
Oklahoma State redshirt senior QB Taylor Cornelius completed 15-of-20 passes for 312 yards, four touchdowns and an interception in Saturday’s 48-28 win over Kansas. This was Cornelius’ first-career four TD game against an FBS opponent. It was nice to see after he’d totaled three total in the previous three games combined. Next week, OSU hosts Iowa State.
Betting Trends
Iowa State
The under is 6-0 in the Cyclones’ last six road games.
Oklahoma State
The over is 8-3 in the Cowboys’ last 11 games overall.
Prediction
I don’t trust Iowa State’s offense to contribute enough scoring to push the combined score over the total. The Cyclones rank 123rd in the nation in total yards per game, producing just under 300 yards per contest. They’re also 85th in passing, 127th in rushing and 124th in points scored, averaging just 17.5 points per contest. Their defense, however, has been solid, ranking 30th overall and 33rd in points allowed. They’re the perfect under team.
College Football Prediction: Iowa State/Oklahoma State under 54.5
