Georgia Bulldogs Game Notes
Georgia redshirt junior QB JT Daniels (back) is available to play on Saturday against Florida, but Stetson Bennett will start. Daniels (6’3″/210), who has been out with a lat injury since September 25th, and Bennett have split reps with the first-team offense this week. Daniels will reportedly be available, but it’s Bennett who will get the start. Head coach Kirby Smart has suggested that Bennett and Daniels are expected to split time under center going, so it’s possible that could be the plan.
Florida Gators Game Notes
Florida HC Dan Mullen told reporters that he “won’t get into strategy” when asked who would start at quarterback on Oct. 30 against No. 1 Georgia. In last week’s 49-42 upset loss to LSU, Emory Jones started, but it was Anthony Richardson who led four-straight touchdown drives in the second half to keep Florida in the shootout. Jones has posted a 10/9 TD/INT ratio in an up-and-down season, starting every game, while Richardson has consistently flashed off the bench. The Gators are on bye this week, so Mullen has longer to mull this decision.

The under has cashed in four straight Georgia games in the month of October, is 6-1-2 in the Bulldogs’ last nine neutral site games and is 5-2 in their last seven games after allowing less than 100 yards rushing in their previous game. On the other side, the under is 7-3 in the Gators’ last 10 games as a favorite, is 21-5 in their last 26 games after allowing more than 200 yards rushing in their previous game and has cashed in five of their last six neutral site games as a favorite.
