According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Bowling Green is the favorite at home today, as the Falcons are getting odds of -7 points against the Rockets. The over/under total for the game has been set at 70 points. Toledo has won five straight over Bowling Green and the Rockets are 3-1-1 against the spread in those games. These two have hit the under in eight straight meetings.

Bowling Green is 8-2 on the season, 6-0 in the MAC, 8-2 against the spread and 6-4 with the over. BG has already won the MAC East regardless of the next few weeks. The Falcons are coming off a 41-27 win over Western Michigan for their seventh straight win. BG ranks fourth in the nation in scoring at 45.4 points per game and they are fifth in total offense at 584.8 yards per contest. The BG defense is allowing 27.9 points and 439.5 yards per game. Matt Johnson has thrown for 3,955 yards and 36 touchdowns this season to lead the offense while Roger Lewis has 69 receptions for 1,310 yards and 14 touchdowns. Travis Greene has added 866 rushing yards with 10 scores.

Toledo is 8-1 on the year, 5-1 in the MAC, 7-1-1 against the spread and 7-2 with the under. The Rockets are tied with NIU and Western Michigan for first in the MAC West. The Rockets are coming off a 28-23 win at Central Michigan last week. Toledo is averaging 34.9 points and 468.3 yards per game on offense while the defense is giving up 18.8 points and 376 yards per game. Phillip Ely is leading the offense with 2,192 passing yards and 18 touchdowns while Terry Swanson has run for 749 yards and five scores. Cody Thompson has added 27 receptions for 553 yards and four scores.
