Rutgers has looked okay during games against Howard and New Mexico, but the Knights were leveled by Washington to start the season. Iowa is coming off a bad loss, but North Dakota State is a legitimate team that would beat many in the FBS, including Rutgers. Iowa isn’t having to give up many points because of the loss and now going on the road, but the Hawkeyes should run over Rutgers. Iowa will get a gut-check this week and be ready to hammer their opponent.
