College Football Week 1 Las Vegas Odds
The College Football Season is upon us, with Week 1 games getting started on Thursday. Here’s a look at the Las Vegas Odds for this stacked opening weekend.
The featured game this week has a pair of top-10 teams meeting up when No. 9 Auburn and No. 6 Washington meet up from the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Saturday at 3:30PM ET on ABC. According to oddsmakers at the MGM Mirage in Las Vegas, Auburn is the slight favorite, as the Tigers are getting odds of -1.5 points against the Huskies. The over/under total is listed at 48.5 points. These two have no recent meetings to consider. Washington is coming off a 10-3 record last season while Auburn was 10-4.
Another featured game this week comes on Sunday when No. 25 LSU faces No. 8 Miami at 7:30PM ET on ABC from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. According to oddsmakers at the MGM Mirage in Las Vegas, Miami is favored in this game, as the Hurricanes are getting odds of -3 points against the Tigers. These two last met in 2005, with LSU picking up a 40-3 victory. Miami is coming off a 10-3 record last year, including an ACC Coastal Division title. LSU was just 9-4 last season and went 4-4 in the SEC.
