Cincinnati vs. Memphis Odds
The college football weekend gets underway tonight when Memphis hosts Cincinnati at 7:30PM ET on ESPN.
According to oddsmakers at GTBets, Memphis is the favorite at home in this game, as the Tigers are getting odds of -10 points against the Bearcats. The over/under total for the game has been set at 66.5 points. Cincinnati has won five of its last seven meetings with Memphis and the Bearcats are 6-1 against the spread in those seven games.
Memphis is 3-0 on the season, 2-1 against the spread and 3-0 with the over. The Tigers are 3-0 with wins over Missouri State, Kansas and Bowling Green. The Tigers are posting 570.3 yards per game on offense, while the defense is giving up 354.3 yards per game. Memphis is led by quarterback Paxton Lynch, who has thrown for 818 yards and six touchdowns while completing 76.6 percent of his passes. Receiver Mose Frazier has caught 17 passes for 232 yards with two scores while Jarvis Cooper is the leading rusher with 174 yards and three touchdowns.
Cincinnati is 2-1 overall, 0-1 in the AAC, 0-3 against the spread and 3-0 with the over. The Bearcats have wins over Alabama A&M and Miami-Ohio while their loss came against Temple, 34-26. The Bearcats are putting up an impressive 579.3 yards per game and only allowing 330 yards per contest Gunner Kiel has thrown for 801 yards and five touchdowns to lead the offense, but he is questionable for this game with a head injury. Three different backs have over 200 rushing yards this year, led by Tion Green, who has 252 yards and three touchdowns.
